AT&T IPv6
The external IPv6 address of AT&T is visible on the internet. I set up the Web Server on IPv6 Virtual IP for port 80 and 443.
WAN level
To get IPv6 to bring down /64 blocks, you have to use VLANs, managed switches, and setup IA-PD. Here is a small sample of what you need to setup on Fortinet.  You need to setup all the blocks brought down from your gateway.
Interface level
From the list above, you use the IA-PD on the IAI first line, set its interface next. The 3rd line is blank until you for the pattern on the 4th line. ::f: sets the address to 808f:<mac address> of the interface in EUI-64 format.
